Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in your web browser, the same place you read your email. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up.
Is it really free?
The five-module course is free, the certificate is free, the prompt packs are free and the blog is free. The four books are the only thing we sell. There is no trial that turns into a bill.
Am I too old for this?
No. Book 3 exists specifically for people over 50.
Do I need to be good with computers?
If you can send an email, you can do this. Every step is written out, and when something is likely to go wrong we tell you before it does rather than after.
How long does the course take?
Five modules, about ninety minutes each. Most people do one a week, which makes it about five weeks. You can go faster or slower — nothing expires.
Will you spam me?
No. We send what you signed up for and not much else, and we do not sell your address to anybody.
What if I get stuck?
Send us a message from the Contact page and say exactly which step you are on. Nobody gets left behind in this.
What is the certificate, and is it worth anything?
It says you finished five modules of real practice, not that you watched some videos. It is not a university credential and we will not pretend it is. It is proof you did the work, and for a lot of people it is the first thing they have finished in years.
Which AI tool do you teach?
We teach on Claude because it suits beginners and the free level does everything in the course. Everything you learn transfers to the other major tools — the skill is in the asking, not the brand.
Is it safe to put my information into AI?
Treat it like an email to somebody outside your company. No Social Security numbers, no card or bank details, no passwords, no medical records. Everything else is generally fine. Module 4 covers this properly.
Can I use this for my business?
Yes, and Module 4 is entirely about that. Check your employer or industry rules first if you are in a regulated field.
What happens after I finish?
You will be using AI every week, which is the whole point. If you want to go further into automation and connected systems, that is a different course and we will tell you when it exists.
